15 Phenomenal Christmas Book Lists!
If you have been contemplating putting together a last minute Advent Calendar using Christmas Books, this is the post you have been waiting for!
I was super excited at the prospect of writing up a Christmas Book list, sharing some of our favorite Christmas books here in the Helper Family Workshop. In part to help you pull together your own Christmas Countdowns, but in truth, mostly because we just LOVE our books so much!
Then I noticed just how many really wonderful Christmas Book lists are out there floating around in the blogoshpere already , and decided I would much rather spend that time baking up a batch of Christmas cookies with the Littlest Helper instead! There are times that it really just doesn’t make any sense to re-invent the wheel! Maybe I will do up my own list for next year!
This amazing group of bloggers have listed and/or reviewed all kinds of Christmas reads – for toddlers right on up to tweens and teens! Their incredibly helpful Christmas Book list blog posts will give you reviews, printable lists, advent calendar tips, and in many cases, link straight through to Amazon – which I suppose could be kind of handy! Though I tend to be a book-in-the-hand kind of purchaser myself!

Simply Kierste has another lovely little Advent Calendar idea, along with a great list of 25 books to wrap up.
This great book list by Jenn over at Clean & Scentsible provides not only a list of 24 perfect Christmas books for your Advent Calendar, but a few suggestions for chapter books for older readers. She has also included a great printable list to take shopping! Thanks Jenn!

I found this really wonderful list over at Red Ted Art put together a list of 30 Eclectic Christmas Books, recommended by her Facebook readers. This is most certainly one of the most interesting Christmas Book lists out there, and full of what look like some fun reads!

It;s no wonder Allison has No Time for Flashcards – Not only is this a great list of 24 Christmas Books, but she has provided links to a review for each of them, as well as crafts to go with!

Jessie, over at Jessie Weaver the Vanderbilt Wife, has done a lovely job of reviewing 25 Jesus-focused Christmas books for those families, like hers, who don’t do Santa, or do but also want to acknowledge the reason for the season!
If you are looking for a nice summary of Jesus-centred Christmas books, look no further. Lara from Overstuffed has not only listed her favorite books, but done a lovely summary of each of them. Super helpful!
Over at Beyond the Inspiration, Cassondra has put together a Christmas Book list of Christian-focused reads for the holidays, including a few suggestions for the older readers in your family.
Faithful Provisions has given us a great little list of mainly Christ-centered books, along with some helpful advent calendar tips!
