Why a Letters from Santa blog? Well, let me tell you…

Letters from Santa Blog

Ho-Ho-Ho, and away we go! The Santa Blog is here!

The Easy Free Letters from Santa Blog has been 3 years in the making (well, okay…truth be told, about 2 years 11 months and three weeks in the pondering, and 2 weeks in the making, but hey…who’s counting, right?!

What took me so long? Well, to be honest, Letters from Santa is already a pretty heavy load (but I love it!). In spite of having a million ideas for Santa crafts, and baking and art and decor, and everything else…I am already working pretty much around the clock from September to December making sure children around the world get their Santa Letter. I just didn’t know how I could possibly find the time to make-bake-craft-cook-design anything to write about, never mind actually get the stage-photograph-compose publish-network bit done as well.

The more I pondered, the clearer it became to me that there was really no need to do most of that! Those of you who spend any time at all on Pinterest (remember just yesterday when Pinterest didn’t exist? Shudder!) well…you know just how many amazing creative people there are out there in the world creating and sharing phenomenal Christmas ideas every day. It is a veritable cornucopia of Santa blog fodder!

If you follow Letters from Santa or The Holiday Helper already on Pinterest or Facebook, you know just how much I love sharing the Christmas treasures  I find. And one day, it suddenly dawned on me, the Letters from Santa blog would be the perfect place to do just that! And so, The Little Holiday Helper was finally brought to life!

Life is busy. So terribly, wonderfully busy. Even if and when one finds the time to cruise around the internet, gobbling up those amazing images with your eyes, who amongst us has time left over for creating? If you are anything like me, you see an idea you like and think “Wow…what a great idea! I wonder who else has done something similar?” And suddenly, an hour has passed and your brief window of time snaps shut with a start. Time to wake the kids up / get to work / pick the kids up / manage playdates / soccer/gymnastics/piano/swimming / get dinner made / get the kids into the bath / get the kids to bed…you know what I am talking about!

I bring to you the Letters from Santa Holiday Blog!
