Finally…Christmas time is approaching and with it, the opportunity to pull out those Christmas fudge recipes and get busy in the kitchen. Better yet, Christmas Fudge can be ~~gobbled~~ nibbled delicately without the usual guilt, am I right?!!

This sweet little Christmas fudge uses red and green cherries for that Christmas look, but you can just as easily use gum-drops or jellies for a similar look. And hey…I wonder how it would work out with holiday M&Ms! I think I might just need to put that one to the test!!!

I have a confession to make (and I really hope ~~my mom~~ Santa isn’t reading this post!) You know those chocolate oranges? One appeared in my Christmas stocking more times than I can count. And I was NEVER happy to see it there – ever. Of course, being the little chocolate addict that I am, I slowly made my way through it, despite not truly enjoying the experience. Now that I am a little (okay, a lot) older, I have to admit they have grown on me. Enough that this fudge recipe actually appeals to me, and not just because it’s pretty!
