Finally…Christmas time is approaching and with it, the opportunity to pull out those Christmas fudge recipes and get busy in the kitchen. Better yet, Christmas Fudge can be gobbled nibbled delicately without the usual guilt, am I right?!!

I have a confession to make (and I really hope my mom Santa isn’t reading this post!) You know those chocolate oranges? One appeared in my Christmas stocking more times than I can count. And I was NEVER happy to see it there – ever. Of course, being the little chocolate addict that I am, I slowly made my way through it, despite not truly enjoying the experience. Now that I am a little (okay, a lot) older, I have to admit they have grown on me. Enough that this fudge recipe actually appeals to me, and not just because it’s pretty!

I must admit, this post was really hard to write…I had over 30 fudge recipes in my first draft! It was really hard to select so few. The way I see it, a Festive Fudge part 2 post is almost guaranteed!
